Russia’s diplomatic note on Pitsunda

The second month is coming to an end since a note arrived in Sukhumi from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in which Moscow expressed its disagreement with the way the Abkhaz authorities legally formalized the agreement on the transfer of the state dacha in Pitsunda to the ownership of Russia.

What will President Aslan Bzhania do in such a dead-end situation? What will be Moscow’s response? What are the options for getting out of this situation? The editor of the newspaper “Chegemskaya Pravda” Inal Khashig discussed these issues with the historian Astamur Tania.
