Russia’s diplomatic note on Pitsunda

The second month is coming to an end since a note arrived in Sukhumi from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in which Moscow expressed its disagreement with the way the Abkhaz authorities legally formalized the agreement on the transfer of the state dacha in Pitsunda to the ownership of Russia.
