Russia is once again raising the issue of opening a through railway connection through the territory of Abkhazia. Tbilisi denies the fact of negotiations on this matter with Moscow. In turn, the Abkhaz authorities have chosen the position of an indifferent observer. The editor of the Chegemskaya Pravda, Inal Khashig, discussed this topic with an expert in political science Astamur Tania.
